Commissioner’s Corner (3/29/12)

Well we are a couple weeks into the season now and I can’t believe how the time has flown by. I have made it over to the Cincinnati Gardens to personally watch the Commandoes, they are experienced and very talented plus they are leading the North Division. They are going to be a tough to catch, but I have also seen the Marion Blue Racers play a few games and they are only a game behind. This early in the season anything can happen and probably will.

The South Division is being lead by Fort Meyers. I think a trip to Southwest Florida may be needed soon so I can catch those teams in person. So please let me know if anyone out there has any good places for me to eat and stay I could always use them.

To let you all in on what I have been doing, I have been very busy watching all the game film that comes to me from the games being played. It reminds me of playing in the NFL. I guess I’m a little crazy because I love watching it. I get to see the defenses and what plays offensive coordinators are using, to me that’s just perfect. The unfortunate part is that I am also looking for fines, illegal hits, etc. I am not a huge fan of that part, but I realize that in order for this to be a great league we have to have rules and they need to be followed.

I will talk to you all soon.
